I am an assistant professor of computer science at the University of Virginia. I study cryptography, with a particular interest in the foundations and applications of secure multiparty computation.
Previously, I held postdoc positions at Brown University, hosted by Anna Lysyanskaya, and jointly at the Technion and Reichman University, hosted by Yuval Ishai and Elette Boyle. My PhD was advised by abhi shelat at Northeastern University.
I am also an artist. My work spans cinematography, photography, and sculpture. I often spend my free time camping, hiking, sailboat racing, scuba diving, bouldering, and repairing mechanical cameras.
